We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and/or credit card information.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
• To process transactions
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
• To send periodic emails
The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
Email signups and The Paruresis Cure Program
When you request our free preview, we collect your first name (optional) and email address. We store them on our website and use them to send you the preview and occasional emails with shy bladder tips and news about The Paruresis Cure Program. We do not sell or rent your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email or by writing to info@paruresiscure.com, and we will remove you from our list.
If you join The Paruresis Cure Program, your journal entries, check-in answers and progress are stored privately in your account. Only you can see them; we do not share them with anyone.
Our mobile and web app
The Paruresis Cure app (on the App Store, Google Play and at paruresiscure.com/app) uses the same account as our website. When you log in, we use your username, email address and the program information you enter (journal entries, check-ins, Confidence Check answers and points) only to run the program for you. This information is stored privately in your account on our website and is not shared or sold. The app does not use advertising or third-party tracking. If you turn on reminders, they are either scheduled on your device (App Store app) or sent as push notifications through your browser’s notification service (Google Play app and web app). For push notifications, we store a notification subscription for your device so we can deliver them. You can turn reminders off at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and all of its data from the Account tab in the app, or by emailing info@paruresiscure.com. We complete deletion requests within 7 days.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

We do not use cookies.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
