1. Who we are
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from paruresiscure.com and to use of the Paruresis Cure app. The seller is Paruresis Cure LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: info@paruresiscure.com.
2. What we sell
- The Paruresis Cure System ebook: a digital download (PDF).
- The Paruresis Cure Program: a 12-week online program with weekly lessons, goals, a private journal, check-ins and a graduation certificate. The ebook is included. Choose either one payment of $87 or $29 per month for 3 months; monthly billing stops automatically after the third payment.
Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal (including Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cards). We never see or store your full card details.
3. Access
After payment you can download the ebook from your account and, for the program, log in on the website or in the Paruresis Cure app. Program weeks unlock one per week. If you complete the program and graduate, you keep read-only access to your program and journal after your plan ends. Keep your login private; accounts are for one person.
4. Refunds
Ebook: 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Program: You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After that, payments already made are non-refundable, but you can cancel a monthly plan at any time to stop future payments by emailing us or from your account. Refunding a program purchase ends program access.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal.
5. License
The ebook, program and app are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell or publish them, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content is © Paruresis Cure LLC.
6. Not medical advice
Our products provide self-help education. They are not medical or psychological treatment and do not replace advice from your doctor or a licensed professional. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. If you cannot urinate at all, or have pain, blood in your urine or other symptoms, see a doctor promptly. 7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. We may update them from time to time; the version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase.
